My story

Real-world building experience, brought to every listing.

Before real estate, I spent twelve years as a residential plumber's apprentice, starting in high school and through college. Crawling under houses and behind walls taught me how homes are actually built, how they fail, and what really matters when a buyer starts asking questions. That practical knowledge still shapes every listing I take.

I was born here and spent my first years here before my family moved around the South. New Orleans never let go. My grandmother stayed, and I kept coming back, mornings with coffee and chicory and hot French bread, afternoons chasing anoles in the yard, evenings on porch swings. At seventeen I met my wife, Remy, on Carnival Day. Through every stage of life, this city has felt like home.

What keeps drawing me back is the people. Neighbors become friends, and traditions pass down a generation at a time.

Since becoming licensed in 2004, I've focused primarily on listings, sellers navigating inheritance, downsizing, lifestyle changes, senior moves, and investment exits. My approach pairs real-world building experience with proven systems from Mike Ferry and MREA: strategy first, plain answers, and no surprises at the closing table.
